1. About the Admissions Office 

 

The Admissions Office (ADO) is the comprehensive management organization responsible for the university's student recruitment work. Its main tasks are to plan and participate in various recruitment promotion, marketing, and dissemination of the university's educational philosophy and characteristics.

The main responsibilities of the Admissions Office are:

  1. Implement the guidelines, policies and regulations of the university's student recruitment work.
  2. Formulate the annual implementation details of the university's student recruitment work and submit the annual recruitment plan to the relevant government departments for approval, then organize and implement the recruitment work.
  3. Coordinate, train, and dispatch the recruitment spokespersons.
  4. Based on the university's development plan and professional setup, implement the university's annual recruitment plan and organize the development of recruitment plans by major.
  5. Be responsible for the printing and distribution of the university's recruitment regulations, brochures, and other recruitment publicity materials.
  6. Select various promotional media to publicize the university's recruitment policies and plans.
  7. Carry out the development of new student sources.
